Airport lounge access is provided via Priority Pass™, the world's largest and most prestigious independent airport VIP lounge access programme, providing 1.5 million members with access to over 500 lounges VIP lounges in over 275 cities in more than 90 different countries. Airport lounges are a peaceful haven from the chaos of departure halls, where travellers can catch up on work, or simply relax with a drink and a newspaper. Members are issued with a personalised membership card, a lounge directory plus access to the member-only pages of the Priority Pass website. When they wish to enter a lounge they then simply present the card at the lounge reception in order to gain entry.

Most VIP lounges now offer complimentary drinks and light refreshments, newspapers, TV, business facilities, including Internet access (often through Wi-Fi) and comfortable, quiet seating areas.
