Members are issued with a personalised membership card, a lounge directory plus access to the member-only pages of the Priority Pass website. When they wish to enter a lounge they then simply present the card at the lounge reception in order to gain entry.
Most VIP lounges now offer complimentary drinks and light refreshments, newspapers, TV, business facilities, including Internet access (often through Wi-Fi) and comfortable, quiet seating areas.
