Flexibility – The rates we provide are the lowest most flexible rates available with no pre-payment required. This allows customers to cancel the booking up to the day of arrival without penalty should their plans change. There is also no minimum stay required to secure the best flexible rate.
Privileges – We have negotiated with selected hotels special privileges. These include welcome drinks and gifts, access to executive/club lounge irrespective of type of room staying in, fee-waived use of business centre and health club as well as complimentary spa and beauty treatments.
Added Value – With selected chains and hotels your customers receive complimentary upgrade vouchers as well as extra nights free.
Service - Our hotel programme has been developed to work for members. This means members get the best deal we have available based on their requirements i.e. we do not take payment or extra commission to encourage booking through certain hotels and we never charge an administration fee for hotel bookings or cancellations.
Your customers will have an extensive choice of hotels with access to over 70,000 throughout the world which can be booked through our dedicated Travel Services team via phone, fax or email or online through our online booking engine, direct with many hotels or through the central multi-lingual reservation offices of the hotel chains (many of which are free-phone numbers).
